Promotional Products (Swag Items)
All promotional materials should include the Abbotsford School District website URL whenever possible, along with our logo. This ensures a consistent and recognizable presence across all communications. Please refer to the Colours section of this guideline for the approved colour palette and usage guidelines. No promotional materials with district logos should be ordered without getting the approval from the Sr. Manager of Communications and Community Relations.
For specialty applications on alternate substrates, such as cloth, colour reproduction can vary. We have had the best results using 100% Cyan (for the blue) as a reference colour for printing on various substrates. Always request a proof before full production to confirm colour accuracy.
External vendors should get a copy of the logo guidelines and a copy of the District logo in EPS format.
