Revisiting Our Brand Guidelines

October 21, 2024

Every day, Abbotsford School District employees collectively send thousands of email messages and prepare dozens of documents and presentations to share with colleagues, families, students, and community organizations and members.

One of the Communication department’s goals this year is to strengthen our District’s brand identity. Here are some reminders of how YOU can help ensure consistency in our strong Abbotsford School District brand!

  1. Know where to find our brand guidelines. You may wish to check in at the beginning of each school year for a refresher.
  2. Use the District’s brand font: Calibri. If you need help setting Calibri to your system’s default font, please let us know. No other fonts are permitted in our District communications.
  3. Follow the District’s brand colour palette.
  4. Find and use branded templates for PPT presentations, letterhead, and more!
  5. If you are from a school site, follow your school’s identity guidelines found here.
  6. Follow our brand’s email signature guidelines. Please ensure your land acknowledgement is updated per below. If you’re ever unsure about whether or not you have the most current land acknowledgement, please visit the Indigenous Education website.
